Re: New BOSS pedals!
Today I tested the RPH-10 in Mode I (6 stage) against Laurie's DingoTone LGP Liquid Gold Phaser (6 stage).
They sound almost identical, at least with the RPH-10's Depth knob on maximum* and the LGP's Depth knob a bit before the "More" area. The BOSS sounds more "hi-fi" and clean, whereas the LGP has more warmth and the "better" sound to my ears (plus very cool sounds if you turn the Depth knob to the maximum).
Very well done, Laurie!
*or with Manual at minimum position for the other Depth knob positions
Re: New BOSS pedals!
Love my DingoTone LGP. Great pedal
Re: New BOSS pedals!
Just got it from Japan, 43 years old and it is mint and fresh as if it was assembled today, amazes me the brand new smell!
Batch 8000, March 1979.
I took this picture before the PH-1 arrival and there are another two empty spots, those are for a 3 pedals pack that is in the mail from Japan, a SD-1 "oddball", a TW-1 (T wah small lettering and silver screw) and the new RE-2.
It's getting difficult to take a good picture, small room.

Re: New BOSS pedals!
This is a great collection. My favourite I think !
Re: New BOSS pedals!
Thanks Old_Iron, that makes me feel very humble indeed I think that all the variations you have collected is incredible.
My aim was always to get all of them with their boxes, which I have done. Yours must be a much more difficult challenge.
The only thing I have to watch out for is any new ones that Boss release - remembering, of course, how I completely messed up getting a TB-2W

To collect variants has some difficulties, like the expenses, but it keeps the fun of the hunting going on after you have all models.
We're both lucky to have acquired this infamous TB-2W for a "reasonable" price, I can only imagine the frustration to have everything but it.
