Pepe, the Danelectro filthy rich tremolo?
Not this one. You missed one of the clues on page 4. :)

Dirk's pedal:
- Ibanez
- a very nifty variation on one of their most popular pedals
- 3 knobs
- designed for guitar, but also one a bassplayer would like
- not a tubescreamer

Let's assume it is a new pedal (for now). It must be a mini... a Chorus? CSMINI?
 the TS is actually closer to the truth
Think of a particular Queen song about girls' body parts

This is absolutely correct! I have never heard of this series before so this pedal was a total surprise for me. Actually it doesn't sound too much like a rotating speaker - rather like a strong chorus, but nonetheless pretty good!

A BB9 ... ? Not really a tubescreamer, but fits that particular clue ;)

Pepe is correct. It is the BB9 bottom booster.
To my ears it sounds like a TS with a much lower peak frequency. Which I guess from an electronics perspective wouldn't be so hard to achieve and makes sense from a marketing perspective. Unless there's something else going on electronically

I used it on a gig New year's eve, and I like what it does sonically. Thanks again to Admin for his generous gift.

OK I have a 3 knob pedal. Not sure I've mentioned it but its my favorite category of effect lately and it is a clone/rebrand of something that should be well known to this board

Sounds like something I'd like! I might look into that if its just a mod for a TS9.
