It's not 18 volts, it's AC, but you're thinking along the correct line.

I've spent about half an hour trying to find something that fits the description. I'm stumped.

With so many new pedal companies these guessing games are becoming difficult.

Since the parcel was rerouted from Austria back to Germany and then into the correct direction to you an the 4th December it can take another few weeks to arrive. DHL Germany says that it can take up to 40 work days, because it will be shipped via a combination of airmail and surface mail.
