1) The best new BOSS product of 2020 in your opinion? - I've not tried any of them but the RC-5 looks pretty good (probably not enough for me to replace my RC-3 though)
2) The best new non-BOSS product of 2020 in your opinion? - I've not bought anything that's been released this year but probably something from EHX (they've released about 400 new pedals)
3) Your most satisfying purchase of the past year? - Boss DC-2w
4) Your most disappointing purchase of the past year? - Haven't had one tbh
5) Your "brand crush" of 2020?
6) Best non-FX purchase of the year? (gear wise) - Probably some cables to sort out my mess of a "studio"
7) Your favorite guitar used during 2020? - Fender Johnny Marr Jaguar

10) Best service award to any retailer/individual etc.? - Focusrite were very helpful when I started having issues with my Scarlett interface. Turned out it was power related and, even though the device is long, long out of warranty, they sent me a replacement free of charge.
11) The best new album/artist/live event of 2020? - Unfortunately didn't get to any live events this year, for fairly obvious reasons. Enjoyed the new albums from Throwing Muses and Porridge Radio.

ehx hum canceller... it actually works pretty well but it adds a strange flanging comb filter you can hear high up on the next but the real disappointment was just having to finally accept that my favorite p90 pickups are simply too noisy for recording and too noisy for most stage anyways
