A Very Merry Christmas everyone! Hope you all enjoy the day/holiday season!
And of course open those presents !

Thanks Fuzzbuzzfuzz! Merry Christmas to all of you as well!
Just opened my parcel. It is definitely a pedal I could use and never had before. I will hold the clues for now as I kind of want to give everyone a chance to open theirs, unless I am directed otherwise.

Merry Christmas to you all!
I received a parcel from Canada. My father had to wrap it anew since he had to open it completely at the customs office. I still haven't looked inside. The Hotone EKO serves as a size reference:
EDIT: I opened the box and and a pedal was inside. Surprise! First impression: I really like it!
First hints:
- the enclosure has a somewhat sparkling colour
- it is not in production anymore

I can't be THAT predictable... Or am I?

And the speed-guessing prize goes to BearBoy!
It is indeed a BOSS DA-2. I was surprised to find out that it isn't in production anymore. It is a cool sounding pedal that responds in a very nice way to the sound of a guitar, just like it says in the manual. The gain knob is somewhat unique since it shifts between three overall distortion sounds (or EQ settings?) if increased. It delivers mild vintage sounds as well as the British stack tone and modern high gain distortion. A very useful workhorse! I haven't had the chance to test it properly yet, but the first overall impression is great. Thanks a lot, Gasgano!

The pedal I received:
- is somewhat mustard coloured,
- with a red logo,
- 3 knobs,
- and it's something I think Pepe would like.
