Hey all, new to this forum and kinda desperate here. As stated, my RC-5 forgets all memory parameters when powered down - of relevance for me, it forgets the main and aux pedal switching mode, loop level, and loop names (and probably everything else too). Strangely, it retains the loop audio files, but pretty much forgets everything else.
I've tried resetting it, replacing the battery (it's running off a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2+, but I thought the 9V battery possibly had something to do with retaining memory). I also emailed Boss support, but it's been days and crickets so far. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum. Does an RC-5 normally react differently? I have never used one. I hope that someone here can help you soon.
