Switching out Waza craft rubber plate for standard rubber plate

Does anyone have experience doing this? Any tips or pointers? I don;t like the Waza craft logo and want my collection to look more uniform. Any help would be appreciated.

I imagine you could simply buy a non-Waza replacement pad to install.

Just gently heat the Waza pad with a hair dryer to carefully lift it off, and then place the normal Boss pad in its place.
