parts@roland.ca are usually very responsive. Shipping is expensive but parts are genuine.

In Australia, I simply ring Roland in Sydney and ask to talk to the parts department. They take my order over the phone and mail it out the following day for me. The personal contact is very reassuring, especially if you are not sure exactly what it is you want, postage is fast and cheap

I received the offer of calling directly (like Luke Drifter's experience).
