Using RV-6 with expression pedal

Followed the rewiring advice and have my old Bespeco pedal working fine with the RV-6 but...
Is there a way to set a minimum effect level, as well as a max level? I'd like to go from something that's useful in a band context to something OTT, and there seems to be no way to do this, other than putting a stopper under the pedal so it won't go totally heel down.
I could, I suppose, take the time to carefully position the treadle, but sometimes it's not always practical, especially when you're supposed to be singing and entertaining people and whatnot.
