I saw that on eBay. Reportedly all the sales have now been recalled and refunds given. Not sure what’s going on here. Looks genuine to me.

I really hope it's legit, but the batch number points to October 2021, and for a product that looks to be ready for sale (not a prototype or pre-production), including a box, 4 month in the shadows and loosing the Xmas sales period...Why? I don't know... I'm a bit suspicious.

I saw someone on another site commenting that the serial numbers on some of the FZ-1ws pre-dated their announcement by a few months so it's maybe not that unusual?

If it is legit then I would imagine a lot of the YouTubers would have had them for a while to produce demos etc that tend to accompany any launch these days.

I wonder if those are LEDs above and below the knobs to replicate the "Virtual Tape Display" from the RE-20? Or maybe just marks on the silver stripes, which capture the look of the original RE-201 etc?

ah shoot, that would be cool but you'll notice on the shot of the back label, its just reflecting a row of light bulbs
