SD-1 silver screw
Hi,
I'm currently completing my silver screw set and the only one missing are the SG-1, SP-1 and the SD-1. I kept the most expensive ones for the end lolll. I'm not in a hurry so i'm still waiting for deals on those one. If deals don't shows up, I can still go on Reverb or Ebay and get the SG-1 or SP-1 but the SD-1 is another story. I'm collection since over a year and I never saw a legit SD-1 silver screw available.
So for the ones here that have one, I would be interested to know how you got your hand on it.

Re: SD-1 silver screw
I thought I had played through one in a studio but it turned to be a fake silver screw! I’ve never actually seen a genuine SD-1 silver screw and I’m starting to doubt if it really exists.

Forgery is always a possibility Doc, but this would be a very well done one:

More than 10 years collecting, every single day I take a look over ebay, I have a "Boss silver screw" (newly listed) search in my browser's favorite.
It's not unusual to do a search over ebay 2 or 3 times a day, it's fast and easy.
I only saw 3 SD-1 silver screws, one is the one I bought, one was another 0300 and one was a 0400.

Pretty much what i'm doing... but it's only been for the last 2 months for me. My saved search is more wide than yours. I just search for "SD-1" to make sure that I would catch listing where the silver screw was not mentioned... but I need to take a quick look at the picture to identify the screw type. No luck yet for meOld_Iron wrote: ↑Mon Nov 15, 2021 8:54 pmMore than 10 years collecting, every single day I take a look over ebay, I have a "Boss silver screw" (newly listed) search in my browser's favorite.

Re: SD-1 silver screw
There WAS silver screw boxed SD-1 here in Japan on auction this week but seems to have vanished now into the ether! I think I have seen the odd one about too, so they do exist, as I think does the PH-1R silvers screw...but very rare. I also note prices beginning at about $130 for MIJ SD-1s and rising.
