Speaking of long dash DS-1s with a cutout box. My DS-1 cut out is yellow, like an OD-1. Has anyone seen this before?
I haven't taken a photo of it yet. unfortunately.

I do remember a DS-1 box that had faded in the sun to a pale yellow. I don’t think I saw it here though - possibly Facebook

Yeah, I thought about fading as being a possibility, but the whole box is the exact same colour. If it had faded, I would have thought that there would be some differences of colour on the sides. (However, perhaps not)

Ok, so I took a picture of it. I'm pretty sure I've seen a couple in this colour before. Maybe the earliest (1978/79) ds-1 cutout boxes were yellow, like this, or they faded extremely evenly?

Might be the dye in the colouring fading after 40 years exposure to oxygen in the atmosphere?

All boxed up ! Please forgive me if I’ve posted this one before. Almost there - just a boxed Touch Wah to go It’s surprising just how little space this lot takes up in an Ikea ‘Billy’ bookcase

Of course, the TB-2W is missing and will remain so until the scalping frenzy is over !

As regards the scalping frenzy it will certainly be ongoing for years but, really, I couldn’t give a flying ferkin about it now. I’m just looking forward to getting a much better pedal from a much better builder now !
