Thanks Sengah2010, I like to have them ease to reach and I like to look at them all the time.Stengah2010 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 15, 2021 1:17 pmSpeaking of beautiful madness, just wanted to compliment you on the way you've got your Boss pedals displayed. Very cool.
Would love to do something similar but my other out of control collections are already taking up all my space.
The only problem is the hard work to dust off them every couple month.
A new pic will come soon, now there is a new 4th shoe rack.

Re: Every Boss Pedal You Have!
I use a semi-soft brush for the knobs and control plates and a toothbrush for the rubber plate. That helps a lot to clean a pedal in no time.
Re: Every Boss Pedal You Have!
Yeah, it is a good way to do it, I use a brush at first and then a slightly humid soft cloth to finish the job.
But still a 2 to 3 hours play time with them,.

Re: Every Boss Pedal You Have!
My process is very similar to you guys:
- Super soft makeup brush on everything to remove dust.
- Toothbrush with a touch of foaming hand soap on the treadle plate being careful to not let any water get under the rubber.
- Microfibre cloth with a bit of isopropyl alcohol to remove any stubborn marks.
- Dry microfibre cloth to remove finger prints.

Re: Every Boss Pedal You Have!
On that note with the proliferation of Alcohol spray around the house it has sort of become my go to cleaning product (and pre-mailing)...however whilst brushing up my pedalboard and dusting off/cleaning, it actually took paint off my PN-2! So be warned!
Same goes with lighter fluid, great for gunge but test first careful.
Some of the older BOSS pedals are more susceptible I suspect
