Beautiful Sebastien, go on don't stop, it's time to acquire those vintage models missing, I can feel the Japanese models becoming scarce overtime and the prices are going up, so make an effort and go on to complete your collection.

Congrats. 😍

not the rarest (also not the greatest cosmetic condition) but still a great vintage BOSS pedal I've been meaning to get one , found a price I couldn't pass, works perfect sounds great, a keeper for sure!

Very nice catch.

It's for a good reason it was in production for more than 20 years, "surviving" the move from Japan to Taiwan, silver screw and black screw, different knobs and being the model with more label color variants in the compact line!

Nice find. The BF-2 is still my go to flanger tone. Back in the day, I had another guitarist ask me if I'd had mine modded because it sounded more like a chorus. The guy didn't believe me when I told him that's what they sound like out of the box.

The one I have now is my second, because I had to sell my original - also used - to raise some cash in a hurry. The "New" one is silver screw but that matters not a bit to me; it's all about utility for my purposes. It works but sometimes starts up a little seasick, so it needs some attention. I reckon if I get a replacement, I've at least made myself a little more bomb proof. Sort of.

I am really, really hoping Boss do a Waza Craft version soon. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

all true! magic chorus pedal. I love how it really rewards you to bother tweaking it. rate and res are pretty obvious but depth and manual have a lot of interplay.

Well, basically with the BF-2, the lower the manual the more chorusy. The higher the more flangey.

One more first batch silver screw arrived today, now it's eleven out of thirteen. Missing: PH-1 6500 (not that difficult) and DS-1 7100 (almost impossible).

The oldest DS-1 I could find images of was a serial 7200, this one has PCB 052-286B.

Would the 7100 have a PCB 052-286A?

I've been wanting to write a full article about some pedals for a long time, to post on my channel, but information is scarce, does anyone know if this PCB exists?

052-286A for the Boss DS-1.
