Re: New BOSS pedals!
BOSS CE-2 and TW-1 (SS) incoming. Listed as untested, but optically in great shape as it seems.

Re: New BOSS pedals!
The pedals arrived yesterday. The previous owner didn't use them too often, because he ran his zither (!) through them - but with very little success only.
The bad thing is that he left the original batteries inside and in the case of the TW-1 there was battery leakage. So I had to treat the battery compartment with vinegar and sandpaper.
Overall the pedals are in good optical shape. And they work as they should. The TW-1 is an early model from 1980 with round enclosure, silver screw and the TW-1 logo beginning under the W of "Wah". I think that only "Touch Wah" models are rarer than these, or am I wrong? The CE-2 (long dash model) is from July 1981 and it has the strange round battery hole we discussed last year.

Very nice! They look in fantastic condition (battery leakage aside). You wouldn't think they were c.40 years old.

Oh, they looked older than 40 years when they arrived. I didn't make photos of the previous condition, because it was really disgusting. The pedals were covered in dirt and had lots of tape residue. I was very pleased with the result in the end.

All that grime was obviously protecting the paint work
