FOUND! July 1981 (088400) "A" circuit. "Use a coin" bottom label, in pretty good shape.
Its essentially a poor man's "silver screw" SD-1. (Minus the silver screw, and ink stamped batch number)...

Btw, what months had the silver screw SD-1? Only February and March of 1981? (0300, and 0400)
