I bought this years ago as a spare when I had some gear that used this chip. It has been in climate controlled storage for about 10 years.

1) Bought as NOS. The legs are perfect - never been soldered, no sign of ever having been put in a socket.
2) I was assured when i bought it that it was good. I have no way of testing it. Sold AS-IS.

It will be sent via Canada Post air, insured, wrapped in bubble wrap. Shipping will be approximately CAD$40 (can be MUCH cheaper if you don't want insurance or air - your choice). Any customs and import charges to be covered by you.

Check the prices for these and make me a reasonable offer.

Well that is indeed a bit of a rare bird, and as Pepe stated I do at some point need one. Alas I think with the shipping and cost of item it might not be viable for myself in Japan (for example I could probably by a donor pedal to swap etc for the same money here).

That said I will bear it in mind there is one out there, cheers!

Oddly the chap from That Pedal Show (Dan of Gig Rig fame) bought a BOSS BF-1 on their trip to Japan only for it to fail, I suspect the chip. Perhaps offer it over?
