Sixty percent is for this simple and direct import, you can have lower taxes if you go thru an import company and a big bureaucracy, only useful if you import in big quantities.

It is said that higher taxes protects the national industry, but in the end it makes that industry comfortably lazy, not feeling pushed to improve.
