NGD: Line 6 Spider

Picked this up at the local thrift store for USD$25

I really like it.

:shock: Switch off the effects and then say that again! Of all the smaller amps that we sold in our small shop this was the one that I didn't like at all.

Maybe it is the acoustics of my room... and yeah, the effects are on.

I suspect it will become old very quickly (I don't think it has any soul) but for now 8-)

I had a line 6 amp back when they first came out in the late 90s or early 2000s. It was a Flextone II model. 2 x 12" modeling amp.
I liked it as well. ;)

I had one of the very first Line 6 "POD"s. I really liked it and kinda wish I hadn't sold it all those years ago.

I’m with you here Laurie.

I bought a Line6 Flextone III years ago for a series of corporate gigs. We had to do a ‘name that intro’ thing between sets and I needed to have lots of tones available in quick succession. Together with a Line6 FBV Shortboard, it did the job. I planned to sell it but never did as it sounded so good !
