Was comparing a bunch of drives the other day and discovered this.
The Sonicake Rockstage 'Rock Amp" and my Han-Taun sound darn near identical with these settings (Tele-bridge pickup, any clean amp). Of course, if the tone or gain knobs start moving around on either of them (particularly the Rock Amp as it's tone is more wide ranging and has more gain), they start sounding quite different. I initially thought the Rock Amp would be some sort of MIAB, but upon first listen, it wasn't, not nearly enough upper mids for that.
FWIW, the Rockstage is a pretty cool little 'pedalboard.' Chorus, Dirt, Delay and Reverb, 130mA draw. I keep it stored in the back of my 78 Peavey Backstage 30 1x10" combo to provide the sounds the amp doesn't have onboard. Cool find for $50 used.
