Main PCBs arrived today. Switch PCBs have an issue that I'm sorting out - will be about another week.

The prototype has been running continuously for one month with overvoltage supply and hot input. Design is now confirmed.

Any manufacturing initiative can have challenges. One of the challenges encountered with the 32 OD is that the PCB supplier accidentally mixed up part of my order with another customer's. They are manufacturing another set of my switch PCBs and sending them... no big deal for us and the small quantity of the 32 OD, but if I was a commercial customer it would affect my product delivery time.
This is quite normal with a manufacturing business - there is no "fault" here (things just happen). Managing the supply-chain when you are doing this commercially takes a lot of time and effort.
FYI - the pic of the actual PCB looks weird because it was taken through thick plastic packaging.

Switch PCBs along with the 32 TB2 PCBs have been shipped. Will have them all next week.

Nice! Sometimes I have to wait for specific parts and then a project is delayed for weeks.
