Oh... I forgot to mention I'll be using the NJM4558DD variant of the 4558. The "DD" variant is common in vintage Boss pedals.

The PCBs are ordered. Parts will be ordered in the next day or two. Should have everything for the first run of pedals within 3-4 weeks.

Take your time! I just finished the work on three pedals* that I did for a few friends in the USA. Soldering for hours and hours was quite exhausting.

All the parts are ordered. Sources:
SmallBear Electronics
Potentiometers, knobs, 3PDT footswitches, yellow enclosures. Plus "double thick" nuts for the 3PDT switch (better mechanically).
These guys are the only place that stocks the PCB mount potentiometers in the required values. The potentiometers can be ordered from the factory in Taiwan, but minimum order is 1,000. They also stock clones of the Davies 1900 series knobs for about a third the price of the originals. I ordered the ABS version because they feel better to me.
Mouser
For all the miscellaneous electronic parts - capacitors, resistors, DC jack, input and output jacks (I ordered Neutrik... I like the Neutrik stuff), battery snaps etc.
Local bolt supply company
The "internal star" washers for the pots and input and output jacks.
Real Canadian Superstore
For the stick-on feet. They have 3M and similar brands for reasonable prices.
JLC
For the PCBs. Send them the Gerber and drill files and the PCBs arrive by DHL in about 1-2 weeks.
eBay merchant
For the "water-slide" labels. Whomever is selling cheap-but-good.
My contact in the Ukraine
For the MP16B Military surplus transistors (in lots of 1,000).
