No one needs another overdrive...

... but I'm building one anyway.
Pure PNP germanium end-to-end. This is a real overdrive with heaps of even harmonics. It isn't a fuzz/distortion/tone-bender/treble-booster. It sounds KILLER in front of my Dr Z amp - the best OD I've ever designed. Heck, the pedal
sounds like a cranked Dr Z amp.
And it is negative ground and can be powered from a normal power supply, just like all your modern pedals
I'm likely going to add EQ similar to the FA-1 just before the output. It will be pure vintage awesome-ness.
Now... what should I call it?

That's actually a pretty clever name for it! I like it.

The 3dB point for the pedal should be about 40 Hz. So, yeah. Should be good for bass. I'll post actual test results when the full bread-boarded version is complete later in the week.
