After many months of going round the bend every day reassembling and testing out new purchases I finally got a holiday day, knuckled down and put most of my old favourites back on a board and hey presto it got together surprisingly quick!

I've deliberately located pedals which can be subbed for similar size units if I required, minus the big reverb which just knocks off any competition I've tried. A little heavy overall but pretty happy with it...so far...

Well I change months ago : only synthesizers, no effects... except the first SYB-3 is set for a fuzz or an octave. The second one is a "space" sound and the SYB-5 is for drone with LFO sound.

Two SYB-3 units are awesome. I have a pair of these, too, and I really like to use them with a pitch shifter (Hotone Harmony or BOSS PS-3) to achieve detuned or 5th sounds. This requires a mixer or a BOSS LS-2, but it sounds even more like an old school analogue synthesizer. 8-)

Well, finished this one up. All of the Jason Lamb era dirt boxes before they switched casing designs ~1996 (the later casings don't do well in the DOD PRC-6's even with a 2.1mm daisy chain, the spacing isn't right). I also look at the later casing era as "when I started thinking DOD was crap" era back when I was a teen, whereas the earlier ones were "these are kind of cool and I can afford them."

Even getting all of these below market value, I still have way too much $ sunk into this. I'm not sure if I should be proud or ashamed.

I will note that I like the Bass Grunge with guitar way more than the regular Grunge.

Sick board! :o

I want the Punkifier! Since I heard clips of a friend in L.A. playing through this beast, I'm on the hunt for one. You simply cannot find them here in Europe. Okay, there's one in Spain at the moment, but there is no way that I give away 300 EUR for a DOD dirt pedal! :|

There is an Australian (modified) clone called the Past FX Punkifriar: https://www.pastfx.com/index.php/effects/punkifriar

Or, if you're feeling more ambitious, you could make your own: https://www.pedalpcb.com/product/pacifier/
