Re: Stripped silver screw hole

Update again: Well, I decided to try swapping my other silver screw pedals with the PH-1R, and they both worked! My 78 DS-1 and 79 CE-2 silver screws fit into the PH-1R and vice versa. The CE-2 had the exact same head shape, so I used that screw for the PH-1R. It's still a mystery t...

Re: Stripped silver screw hole

Does it look like a genuine silver screw? Assuming that it is genuine... the fact that it fits properly in the DD-2, I agree makes no sense. Yes, it looks like the original silver screw. I wonder if there's something I could coate the threads with to make it tighter in the hole? Blue Loctite? Super...

Re: Stripped silver screw hole

Update: The really weird thing is that my black screw from my DD-2 fits nicely into the PH-1R.

Also, the silver screw from the PH-1R will work for the DD-2! Makes no sense to me... :?:

Stripped silver screw hole

My silver screw PH-1R just arrived. However, the hole for the silver screw in the body is stripped! :x

Does anyone know of a quick fix for this?
Thanks.

Re: Just bought a used BCB-60 pedalboard: Questions

The mechanical joint made with an un-powered daisy chain cord into the back of a pedal still disconnects the batteries? (With the patch cords still hooked up to the pedals, as well?) Inserting a power connector into the DC power jack physically opens the switch contacts. This is a mechanical effect...

No.
Really? Cool! :D How does that work?

Re: Just bought a used BCB-60 pedalboard: Questions

Thanks for the responses, guys. :) I assume that I need to remove the batteries from the pedals if I want to leave them all hooked up in the case, correct? If I don't, I imagine the batteries will be drained due to the patch cables in the input jacks? Yes indeed. If you've got the 9V daisy chain ca...

Re: Just bought a used BCB-60 pedalboard: Questions

In addition to the PH-1R, I just bought a cheap local MIJ 1984 TU-12H tuner to fit into the top space in the board. So, the whole board ranges from 1978 to 1984. :geek: Of course, the BCB-60 didn't exist back then, but I wanted a foam padded board, instead of the earlier plastic pedal holder version.
