Re: Best tuner for intonation?
I've had one of these for maybe 20 years: https://images.reverb.com/image/upload/s--c0x0hqUe--/a_exif,c_limit,e_unsharp_mask:80,f_auto,fl_progressive,g_south,h_620,q_90,w_620/v1512797978/w6sdxboxkzjlvxz30bbi.jpg I've always used it for intonation - it has 2 cent resolution which was always good eno...

Re: Best tuner for intonation?
The Peterson Strobe tuners are the industry standard, but I find them overkill for guitar. Plus, they are crazy expensive and large. Peterson makes some smaller ones, but they use LCD segments to show the strobe - which have very slow response time compared to the LEDs in the turbo tuner. I maintai...

Turbo Tuner, hands down is best for intonation. You can see the change in intonation holding a guitar vertically vs horizontally, it's that sensitive.

Re: XPEWT4 - Christmas Pedal Exchange World Tour 4
So ... who had something nice waiting under the Christmas tree? In my case it was a parcel from Canada with a pedal that I was always eager to try out someday. It's too early now, so I cannot plug it in yet, but I can already say "Thank you!" to sclitheroe. :D NO WAY! I am so happy to hear that! I ...

Re: Sleeper circuits
Another interesting circuit might be the amp from the Pignose portable amp lineup - I know they made it as a pedal as well at one point, but I don't think its in production anymore, and I've been led to believe (though not researched it) that its a fairly unique circuit. I think I have one of those...

Re: Sleeper circuits
I wish someone would clone the phaser that is in the Peavey VT/VTX series amps. It is an amazing sounding 4 or 6 stage circuit. The cool hook is it's 'pull stop' feature, which allows one to stop the modulation and manually shift the phase through it's sweep, like a filter control. Oh, that should ...
