Re: Fender "Evil Twin" (The Twin) amp - thoughts?
https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index.php?threads/how-bad-are-the-red-knob-fender-twins.275059/ quote John Phillips: These amps were not designed by Rivera nor have anything to do with the ones he did design for Fender, whatsoever. Rivera designed (or more accurately, supervised) the 'II' series o...

Re: Let's see those pedalboards!
the others will come and go (some were bought for collector value - so they will of course go) but the Dingotone was amongst my first few fuzzes (they've all moved on) and it will be the last fuzz I ever own, if/when it comes to that

Re: Let's see those pedalboards!
Going back to basics for this next run of Human Highway shows I have better-sounding trems but the TR-2 is the easiest to run live The FX50 (hot rodded by Dr Bob more than 10 years ago) - no better Neil Young overdrive I've spent a small fortune in the last few years on fancy tonebenders and fuzzrit...

MOSFET DS-1

Whats the story with DS-2s?
I've never had one
I gather that MIJ ones and early MITs had geranium diodes
and that later ones had silly cones
Some opinions in the Gear Page include that they all sound the same
Is there a golden era?
I assume there is at least one good sound in the box
