Re: XPEWT4 - Christmas Pedal Exchange World Tour 4

A lot of those clues lead me to think it's from the Danelectro DJ Series. I'm not sure if you mean toggle switches or foot switches, so either the French Toast pedal, or the PB & J, The Rocky Road doesn't have enough knobs but two foot switches. It is not a Danelectro pedal. ooh, ooh, I know...it's...

Re: XPEWT4 - Christmas Pedal Exchange World Tour 4

Holy crap! That was essentially me being a narcissistic troll... wow. 00104 is from late 2008 (dated 2009 when it shipped). It was the first batch of pedals ever for me. Build isn't as tidy as the 32-OD ( 13 years of practice will do that... ), but the function is completely authentic FA-1. I was a...

Re: XPEWT4 - Christmas Pedal Exchange World Tour 4

It's not covering up any lack of technique on my part. That's probably a huge clue, but we got a lot of pedals to get through :D OK. So it is a "transparent" something or other. A "vintage" LauriePedals FA-1 clone? You are correct! :D January 2009, serial number 00104, to be exact. Pretty awesome i...

Oh, that might be an octaver or something similar that forces you to play monophonic melody lines?
You're overthinking it

Now it's getting philosophical! I have no clue what "tonal truth" might be. :)

Re: XPEWT4 - Christmas Pedal Exchange World Tour 4

From Dirk, with a nice card (which I really should do on future tours, it was a nice touch and appreciated); she's got three knobs, a toggle, and the truth :D I think its... an OCD clone but its says BLM for black lives matter Interesting! You are certainly thinking about the one on the left in thi...

No switches.
Vintage.
Awesome vintage colour.
It has been reissued, but in a different colour.
DOD FET preamp?
The technical response to that statement is "sorry, no".

Many thanks to Luke Drifter for sending it!

Now I just feel old :?

Where did you get the Turbo Tuner? Can't find it anywhere in Canada - only direct order from the manufacturer in the USA.
That's how I got mine. And yes, we are old. :D
