My feeling is not many people will encounter many problems with this switch since it is very concealed. Hmmm... I've cleaned or replaced over 30 Boss style switches over the years in various pieces of equipment. Even though they are "sealed", dust does get inside and it doesn't take much dust or ox...

I don't know if that's the best method. I think the pedals have to breathe a little. Laurie might have useful information about that. Yes - it needs to breathe. A plastic storage box with a few holes drilled in one end was my preferred method for rare pedals. Also... I'm sure you are on top of this...
