Re: Huh?! BOSS HF-2 and BF-2B are the same??
While looking for your ranks at the old BossArea forum and the StompBoxZone I stumbled over this thread in my folder of saved SBZ topics: SBZ thread HF-2 High Band Flanger.png Well, it took almost ten years until I finally got my hands on an HF-2! Congrats Pepe! Here's an appropriate song for...

Re: Early 80s DOD knob cap?
Update: Well, I ended up going with the DIY route. I bought a cheap leather hole punch kit that had a 15mm punch and hit the aluminum cap with a hammer and the hole punch. Afterward, it was still a hair too big, so I used a 1500 grit sandpaper along the edge until it fit. 8-) https://i.postimg.cc/T...

Re: Early 80s DOD knob cap?
Well, I found a similar cap from one of my old 1970s knobs. However, It's about a 16th of an inch too big! Does anyone have an idea of how I can reduce the diameter of this cap so that it will fit? I'd like it to look like a factory part. https://i.postimg.cc/w3ch3m4y/20250814-164234.jpg https://i.p...

Early 80s DOD knob cap?
Hi guys,
My early 80s DOD 250 is missing one of those aluminium silver caps on one of the knobs. It's about 9/16" in diameter. (14mm)
Does anyone have a spare one kicking around or know of where I might find another?
Thanks.

Re: JC-120 in need of a lot of love
Great restoration job, Laurie! It sounds quite good.
I hadn't realized that so many famous players have used a JC120 before.

Kinda like the Boss DD-2/ 3 trick, eh?
I wonder if there's any other funny stuff hiding under new paint or lettering somewhere?
Nice catch, Pepe!
