Re: Oliver Pedals - Boss Made in Brazil

They are quite appealing visually in my opinion - that bass EQ and bass chorus in particular are great looking.

Re: Thinking of doing a new pedal design... what are your thoughts about what it should be?

I have a real soft spot for treble boosters. How about a Laurie take on one ? Maybe combine it with an overdrive of some sort. I was gonna suggest one too, I miss my Naga Viper, that was an excellent pedal that I foolishly sold, but its such a simple circuit I doubt it would be of much interest as ...

Re: Thinking of doing a new pedal design... what are your thoughts about what it should be?

That is definitely different... I will deep read the article. Any thoughts other than a phaser? I'm not married to phase, just seemed like something I could do. The idea behind this circu...

we know Laurie loves that kind of marketing speak ;)
Yep. Luckily.... I just tried it out without looking it up.

It is a fairly versatile. There are 6L6 tubes in mine and it does get close to being Fenderish.
But is it bubbly? :D

Re: New amp day! Mesa Heartbreaker.

Picked up one of these on the weekend. USD$780. Needs a recap (it was made in 1996, so 26 year old caps - cap change is a precaution more than a need), pots cleaning and some general maintenance. Sounds HUGE. Didn't know about the Heartbreaker, so went to watch some videos and read it's description...

Re: New Space Echoes: RE-2 and RE-202

The RE-2 does not have the worn tape mode, do I understand that right? Or is it tucked away somewhere not obvious visually?

Re: Another wild idea... micro pedals

I don't get micro pedals with 1/4" jacks. Switch to 1/8 if it's going to be a thing
