The older style (clear/white) switch in the PH1 is even easier to fix vs the newer black switch. The older switch is made of softer plastic and slides apart really easily. Also, the spring is external and attached securely, so it’s not as tricky to reassemble.

Well, got into the PH1 and easily cleaned the switch. It’s a momentary/silver screw/clear switch version. Just popping the switch from the chassis, easily opening the switch up with a screwdriver and squirting Deoxit into the contacts was enough to get it working again. The grommet had disintegrated...

Agreed! My 3rd pedal ever was a P45, which was my first non distortion/fuzz pedal. I really love the subtle phasing.

I like a lot of the features of this era amp, the series or parallel extension speaker jacks, the tube testing and bias access, the parallel channel input jacks...
