So is there a chance to have knob assign per patch, so any patch could have its own knobs assigned?
I was surprised to realize that as I change the knobs assign on a patch, it also changes in the other. If it's like this, it's quite useless.

I've got a CORE. To be clear, yes you can move effects around on either side of the loop to your hearts content. I reckon it'll work for what you're describing just fine.

I don't have either of these pedals but the answer is very likely yes. use the send returns in stereo link mode and place it in the chains. The original GT-1000 manual might explain more but the entire point of GT pedals is the routing options so it has to be possible to do what you are describing....

So I would put the send/return (looper) at the middle of the fx chain of Gt1000core and use some fx for input (recorded with fx on a Rc202 looper track) and some for output (as track fx) after return.
