Re: BCB-6G?

Saw one of these pop up in a FB feed. What's the deal with the BCB-6G vs the BCB-6? I don't see any obvious differences other than the cable channel that houses the daisy chain and loop return is not covered with that slide/snap in piece. This is purely for my own info. Web searches only show pics ...

Re: Christmas Pedal Tour anyone?

How you did that Pepe? I purchased the pedal through ebay/Germany and selected my friend's address in Los Angeles in the PayPal payment. Also worked with a few CDs. Okay, but in this case the problem with the import taxes at the receiver's country is not solved, unfortunately. It would be necessary...

Re: Christmas Pedal Tour anyone?

I did it the other way round already. I purchased a pedal and it was sent to a friend in Los Angeles. No problems whatsoever. How you did that Pepe? I once corrected a small detail in my PayPal address and a Japanese seller contacted me saying that there was a mismatch in my address, that's why I'm...

Re: Christmas Pedal Tour anyone?

Another way we could do it is for everyone to log onto the local instance of eBay (ebay.ca for me) and buy and have sent a pedal to the person in their own country. For instance I could log onto br.ebay.com and buy a local pedal for Old_Iron that was located in Brazil, and have it shipped in-countr...

Re: Christmas Pedal Tour anyone?

...or cannot participate, please let us know. ;) That's my situation, it isn't practical to me to participate because I'm down here, far from you guys (expensive shipment cost), and I would pay a lot of money in tax (60% +) over the declared cost of the pedal plus the cost of shipment. There is a w...

Re: SD-1 mod to boost output?

without altering anything else at all . I don't know any mod that would suit this condition, maybe Laurie would come up with a solution, he is the most knowledgeable here. In order to not alter anything, I think the modification must happen near the circuit's output, maybe you could swap the level ...

Is it SMT/SMD or not ?

I think I just stumbled in a small piece of information that I never heard about before. It is useful to identify the new SMT/SMD models, specially the SD-1 . All models that were originally thru-hole and by the end of the MIT became SMT (DS-1, MT-2, BD-2, etc.), had it's 9V input jack changed from ...
