Maybe the chipset changed when the made the CE-3 which I thought sounded icy rather than warm like the CE-2.laurie wrote: ↑Thu Feb 18, 2021 11:36 pmhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-V8QJlu-rw
My records show that every CE-2 I've ever owned, MIJ or MIT has used the MN3007.

Re: CE-2 chips
Mmm, chips.. ;) Is there much of a sound difference between the earlier CE-2s with the 3007 chip, and the later ones with 3207? EDIT: I've just been reading conflicting opinions on this chip business. Is it even true that the later ones changed to a 3207? I've had the early long dash CE-2 and my gr...

Re: Vintage amps
Nice! I see a Twin Reverb and a Sound City head too. Volume is no object it seems! 8-) Edit: Oh, there's an attenuator there too... Yeah, I have mild tinnitus. I live in an apartment in Brooklyn so there's no way I can play at gig level! Sound City is gone though, I preferred the sound of the...

Re: A new Wazacraft pedal is on the way
It's great to be back on this forum. I agree with how this pedal was rolled out, it was horrible. I've been checking daily since December for pre-orders on a google search, which didn't alert me to it. The only way I found out was from a pedal group on Facebook where Europeans were talking about how...

Re: Vintage amps
Yeah, the Skylark is a fantastic little amp, for sure. 8-) Good for you owning that 50 watt! Jealous... Have you got a vintage stack or half-stack to go with it? We do like pictures here, by the way. :geek: https://live.staticflickr.com/4019/4276807733_00bb50d7de.jpg The cab is a reissue ...

Re: Vintage amps
My current lineup... my amps and ep3 Oct 2020 - Copy resize.jpg is that an early 60's Gibson GA-5 Skylark? Good eye! Yeah, it's a 1959. Love this thing! 8-) Have you got a 71 metal panel Marshall? Would love to have one of them! I had a Skylark that looked just like that one, great amp with that li...

Re: A new Wazacraft pedal is on the way
I got one around 9 am the day they were released in North America through Musician's Friend. Confirmation email and back-order email received the next day or so. I chatted a customer service rep and they confirmed that my order was indeed processed and that it will ship March 10th.
